Advising on Rights of Way matters including resolution of all outstanding compensation claims, acquisition of new lands and way-Leaves. Drafting commercial contracts and Trust Deeds, Power of Attorney and related agency documents.

We also represent our clients in Court in all aspects emanating from land transactions in the Environment and Land Courts in Kenya.
